Staging Expectations

BID / Estimate $45 (FREE with staging)
On our first initial meeting, you have the choice of a Bid or a Consultation.
A Bid involves a 1/2 hour visit at the staging location.  We will take some preliminary photos & notes so that we can determine the total staging cost.  The Bid is emailed to you within 24-48 hours.  Please be advised that the Bid does not offer any specific recommendations, solutions or referrals, rather it is only used to determine the staging costs.  If you wish to obtain this information,
you will need a consultation.  If you decide to have a consultation once we arrive for a Bid, we will be happy to do so if the schedule allows.  Please note, if you decide to hire us for a full consultation or staging services.  This $50 will be credited towards your bill.

Consultation $275
During a consulation, we will walk through your home and evaluate what needs to be done to appeal to the largest number of buyers out there. We want to neutralize, organize and popularize the home.

Sometimes simple clutter control and spring cleaning can do the trick.  Other times, a new paint color, small updates or minor repairs are needed.  We will give you a detailed written Consultation Report on the spot, listing everything we recommend.  You can tackle the list yourself or hire us to do it for you.  Either way, your home has taken the first step towards beating the competition!

Staging to Live and Downsizing consultations are very similar.  The difference is assessing what you have in your new or existing surroundings and how we can make that into a place you call home.  We're open to who you are and what your needs are on both aesthetic and functional levels.  This is Interior Design that everyone can afford.

See Staging Package for pricing.  This is where all the hard work comes together to get the finished product.  Many buyers make an emotional decision to purchase a home based on something they see, so don't underestimate the power of this final stage in the process.  We arrange furniture, hang pictures, and more.  This service also comes with placing the "After" photos that we take on the STAGEDHOMESTM website for maximum exposure.  This is the only nationally recognized website for Realtors® and the public to locate staged homes for sale.  You will also be given the StagedHomesTM sign for your window and a Staging Certificate that shows all buyers the effort you made on their behalf.  Buyers love staged homes, so go ahead and bring it to their attention!
