                                           Curb Appeal Tips

•  Clean up the yard.  Clean & weed the beds, remove dead leaves and branches and add fresh mulch.  Power wash the home and make those windows shine!  Remember, if the outside doesn't look kept up, buyers assume the inside isn't either.

•  Make sure to seal any cracks in drive & walk ways.  Fix broken concrete and level out any uneven pavers & bricks. Spray weed killer on any weeds that slip through, no one wants a lawn on their driveway.

•  Add a couple Arbor Vitae trees to your porch in terra cotta pots or in your beds.  Plant some perennials such as hostas & lily's to add color.  These are inexpensive and easy maintenance that add life to your home.

•  Add a nice bench or small arbor in your front yard.  Remember, getting someone to notice your home from the outside will bring them inside.  It's all about standing out.
