Mission Statement
We educate Michiganders on how to prepare their home to help avoid huge equity and savings losses as well as foreclosure. By proactively staging the home, you can increase your selling timeframe and stabilize your sale price thus helping your city, county and ultimately, the economy. We look forward to working together to rebuild our housing market, one home at a time.
Address for Success is an IAHSP recognized Home Staging company
that services all of Southeast Michigan. We approach each home in the same way; by revealing its assets, and ensuring every buyer appreciates what those assets are. AFS also takes those staging techniques and Stages to Live for homeowners who just want a fresh look without the expense.
| Our head stager Tracy Allen is ASP certified. |
"We know that most Michiganders are on a budget these days, which is why
we use what you already own in your home to create that WOW factor
buyers are looking for. We are trained to know what stays, what goes, and
how to create the appearance of more square footage. Big or small, occupied
or vacant, we are the last alternative that should be your first."

Staging isn't new. It's actually two very old concepts. Common Sense & Advertising. Common sense says before you sell anything you clean & fix it up, just like you would a car. You also wouldn't wear a t-shirt to a job interview when you sell yourself, so why not show off your home in it's best light? A home is often a person's largest investment if not their only investment, but they often ignore that. Most likely because it's just too overwhelming, which is why stagers offer expert advice After a consult, I always hear "I never would have thought of that." That's why it pays to hire a stager. When you prepare your home for sale, you are advertising how great it looks.
